FEB 8 IRVIN Sidelined Lobby of Distinction wide collector Michael Irvin says he is “perplexed” by NFL Organization’s choice to seat him as an expert on Sunday’s Super Bowl directly following a lady’s grievance about his lead this week in Arizona.
“Truly, I’m a piece perplexed with everything,” Irvin told The Dallas Morning News. “Everything occurred in a 45-second discussion in the (lodging) entryway. … I came into the anteroom and I conversed with someone. I conversed with this young lady. I don’t have any acquaintance with her, and I conversed with her for around 45 seconds. We shook hands. Then, I left. … That is all I know.”
What was the deal? Younger sibling Trevon of the Cowpokes took out older sibling Stefon of the Bills after the star wideout – “playing QB” in the banner football match-up that is presently the highlight of the Genius Bowl – attempted to toss a pass.
They’d have to find the cap room to do it; maybe dumping veteran quarterback Carson Wentz would help. At the same time, the Cowboys have their cap challenges in keeping Schultz, who has spent the first five seasons of his career building to this point, last year earning the franchise tag (and the $10.9 mil salary) and this time around maybe expendable at The Star as Dallas has developed two kids who might take over the tight end spot.
